Eric Pulier has a long track record of helping people with his technology, and he came to our schools in the 90s with his group called People Doing Things. This was his charitable answer to the problems of disabilities that kids are facing every day. He knew that a lot of these kids were going to have very hard lives because of the disabilities they had, and he started creating technological devices that would help them. We had things that would serve all different kinds of kids, and they were all able to use them every day.
We were working with Eric Pulier when he was very new in his industry, but we knew that he would be able to help us more than anyone else. It was a very good thing to see because it helped us in ways that we could not help ourselves. We knew the kids were going to need more support, and that is what we got when he was bringing us all these items that would change the lives of our students. They started doing better in school, and Eric Pulier was showing up with more devices every year that could help us.
I know that a lot of kids today still use the same kinds of things that Eric Pulier was using with us many years ago. This is a very easy way for kids to get ahead in school when they feel they have no other options, and it is a really nice way to give kids some hope about getting through school. They were afraid they could not graduate, or they just had problems that were too much for them. There are plenty of options for people who have disabilities, and that is why we were glad to start working with Eric Pulier from the beginning.
Imagine the traditional method of connecting with your loved ones at the various prisons in the country. First, it takes some time to arrange such visits because the visitor and the prisoner must synchronize their meetings to abide by the limitless security procedures. For most families, the entire process is riddled with difficulties requiring an entire day to meet prisoners. Perhaps, taking a day off is another hurdle for someone who works more than 40 hours to sustain the family.
However, fortunes of families are changing. The introduction of advanced video streaming technology by Securus Technologies is revolutionizing the industry as it allows families and prisoners to meet regularly through video visitation. While video streaming is not new, Securus Technologies has excelled in the video visitation technology by providing access to fast video streams that are properly encrypted to meet the strict requirements of correctional facilities around the nation. For prisoners and families, it means that they can easily setup video links just as easily as they do it under normal circumstances.
Still, what makes Securus video visitation stand out from its competitors is the use of advanced technology that allows quick and seamless video streaming using simple devices including iPod, IPad and other smart phones. It means that prisoners can even help their children do homework by connecting through video link. On the other hand, kids can easily call their parents using video visitation whenever they require study assistance. Perhaps, it is the first time in history that prisoners and their children can interact with each other so easily. For the management of correctional facilities, such a technology helps achieve their objectives of rehabilitating the prisoners because research shows that such social connections can help prisoners heal, quickly.
The entertainment and acting business can either last a short time or go on for years and years, depending on who’s doing it. Crystal Hunt is an example of one with a career that has lasted for quite some time.
Crystal Hunt is an actress who is a native of Clearwater, Florida and was born on February 5, 1985. Eventually, she grew out of small pageants and began working her way towards bigger gigs, like starring in television commercials. A major one was starring alongside pop band *NSYNC in an anti-drug advertisement during the Walt Disney Company’s 25th anniversary celebration.
Hunt had grown past commercials and advertisements and eventually earned herself a bigger spotlight, her most famous role to date coming in the form of her character Lizzie Spaulding in the CBS daytime soap opera, Guiding Light. Hunt played the character of Spaulding for three years, from 2003 to 2006 and even was nominated for a Daytime Emmy Award for the 2005 year in the category of Outstanding Younger Actress in a Drama Series. Her other major television role was also on a soap opera, this time on ABC’s One Life to Live, where she played the character of Stacy Morasco, starting in 2009 and making recurring appearances up until 2012. She did, however, leave the show at the start of 2010.
Although soap operas were her biggest claim to fame, Crystal Hunt has starred in other various television and movie roles. For instance, she has had roles in movies such as The Derby Stallion in 2005, Sydney White back in 2007 and in the 2015 summer hit Magic Mike XXL, the sequel to the first Magic Mike. Hunt has also done some work on television in a reality-based show called Queens of Drama, starting in 2015 where she played as herself over the course of the series.
