Many banks and other companies choose to hire their own recruiters. These people are technically a branch from their human resources departments but they are able to work independently to find the best people who can work for the banks. Many times, these recruiters are used exclusively for executives at the bank. Because it can sometimes be difficult to find executives who are qualified for the positions and who are able to meet all of the standards, the banks have specific jobs that are laid out for them to be able to find these recruits.
Depending on the size of the bank, most have one recruiter who is responsible for all of the executives. This is the case with Julie Zuckerberg and the Deutsche Bank. While the bank is an international company, Julie is responsible for managing all of the executive recruitment opportunities for the bank. She works out of a New York office but is comfortable with meeting people who are from around the world. This has helped the bank to grow and has allowed Julie Zuckerberg to use all of the skills that she has to find the perfect executives for the bank.
Before the Deutsche Bank opportunity came along, Julie Zuckerberg did a brief stint with the New York Life Insurance Company. This, clearly, was not an opportunity that she was used to but was something that Julie Zuckerberg knew she would be able to learn a lot from. She wanted to make sure that she was getting everything that she could out of the career that she had and that meant she had to try new things. Working with the insurance company gave her a chance to see that there was more to recruiting than just being able to work for a bank.
Julie Zuckerberg also worked with Hudson. This was an opportunity that she had to intern with while she was in college and she enjoyed it while she was working there. Hudson was so impressed with the things that she could do, they hired her on after college to work for them as a recruiter. This was the first position that she held as a professional and she knew that doing the right thing would give her the chance to enjoy all of the opportunities that she had in the banking world. It also gave her a chance to see what banking could do for her.
When Julie Zuckerberg isn’t working, she knows how to have fun and live her life to the fullest. She also knows that she will be able to make a difference in the lives of others if she is able to do more with the opportunities that she has. Julie Zuckerberg enjoys working out – she is a great runner. She also does a lot with the arts and photography because she knows that it is something she is able to enjoy. This has helped her with the hobbies that she has and has allowed her to grow herself as a person.
